We get itâsometimes a product just isnât the right fit, and thatâs totally okay! Weâve put together a straightforward return policy to make the process smooth and hassle-free for you.
Before you start a return, hereâs everything you need to know:
1. Eligibility for Returns đŠ
- Request returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags/accessories intact.
- Opened, used, personalized, or custom items are non-returnableâunless they arrive defective/damaged.
- Perishables (treats, wet food) and hygiene products (grooming wipes, dental chews) canât be returned for safety reasons, unless expired or damaged on arrival.
2. How to Initiate a Return âïž
- Shoot us an email at vincent88886@gmail.com with your order number, product name, and a quick note about why youâre returning it.
- Our team will review your request and send a prepaid return label via email within 24â48 business hours (weekends/holidays excluded).
- Pack the item securely, stick on the label, and drop it off at the carrier location. Save your tracking numberâjust in case!
3. Refund Processing đ°
- Once we receive and inspect your return (3â5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), weâll send a confirmation email that your refund is on its way.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually take 5â7 business days to show up in your account.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundableâunless the return is our mistake (wrong item, defective product).
4. Exchanges đ
- We donât offer direct exchanges right now, but hereâs a workaround: follow the return process above, then place a new order for your desired size/color. Weâll prioritize your refund to make it quick and easy!
5. Defective or Damaged Items đ ïž
- If your order arrives broken, defective, or wrongâno stress! Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- Weâll cover all shipping costs for a free return or replacement, and may ask for a little extra info to fix things fast.
6. International Returns đ
- International returns are accepted, but youâll cover the return shipping costsâunless the issue is our fault.
- Refunds will be issued once we verify the item, minus original international shipping fees.
7. Final Notes đ
- We reserve the right to reject returns that donât meet the above criteria.
- We arenât liable for lost/damaged items during return shippingâstick with trackable services (we provide this for domestic orders with prepaid labels!).
