At FURRYNOOK, our top priority is making sure you and your fuzzy sidekick are 100% happy with every purchase. We get it—sometimes a product just isn’t the right fit, and that’s totally okay! We’ve put together a straightforward return policy to make the process smooth and hassle-free for you.

Before you start a return, here’s everything you need to know:

1. Eligibility for Returns 📩

  • Request returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags/accessories intact.
  • Opened, used, personalized, or custom items are non-returnable—unless they arrive defective/damaged.
  • Perishables (treats, wet food) and hygiene products (grooming wipes, dental chews) can’t be returned for safety reasons, unless expired or damaged on arrival.

2. How to Initiate a Return ✉

  • Shoot us an email at vincent88886@gmail.com with your order number, product name, and a quick note about why you’re returning it.
  • Our team will review your request and send a prepaid return label via email within 24–48 business hours (weekends/holidays excluded).
  • Pack the item securely, stick on the label, and drop it off at the carrier location. Save your tracking number—just in case!

3. Refund Processing 💰

  • Once we receive and inspect your return (3–5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we’ll send a confirmation email that your refund is on its way.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually take 5–7 business days to show up in your account.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable—unless the return is our mistake (wrong item, defective product).

4. Exchanges 🔄

  • We don’t offer direct exchanges right now, but here’s a workaround: follow the return process above, then place a new order for your desired size/color. We’ll prioritize your refund to make it quick and easy!

5. Defective or Damaged Items đŸ› ïž

  • If your order arrives broken, defective, or wrong—no stress! Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We’ll cover all shipping costs for a free return or replacement, and may ask for a little extra info to fix things fast.

6. International Returns 🌍

  • International returns are accepted, but you’ll cover the return shipping costs—unless the issue is our fault.
  • Refunds will be issued once we verify the item, minus original international shipping fees.

7. Final Notes 📝

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that don’t meet the above criteria.
  • We aren’t liable for lost/damaged items during return shipping—stick with trackable services (we provide this for domestic orders with prepaid labels!).
